I think the tempest slot layout is fine it can shield tank and armor tank dectently enough right now hoever I think its bonuses are very weak looking at other ships the hyperion gets 9 guns + repair bonus and the maelstrom gets 10 and a shield boo...

I don't think they should be completely black but they currently are far too smurfy blue the garmur was perfect last week but it got a lot worse now in that it took on the color of the orthrus which I was hoping would get more grey like the garmur...
